The wikipedia document for CRM mentions stand-alone CRM and also covers embedded CRM in general. In order to avoid that the CRM document gets even longer I have setup this document to explain what is the meaning and difference and what other software is relevant for CRM besides the already mentioned stand-alone software. --Mathimanu (talk) 11:01, 18 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
