Choral works

[edit]

Bruch apparently wrote significan choral works, some popular in his day, some now getting recording, such as Odysseus.

I don't quite trust myself to format correctly.

string quintets

[edit]

According to Fifield, probably 1918 (iirc) and 1919, but not 1918 for both? (Fifield, p.322. Gertrud Bruch, wife of Max Felix, made copies of the quintet in A minor manuscript which may have found their way to the BBC Music Library, where they were found recently- dated "Berlin-Friedenau. 17 November 1918", which Fifield conjectures is taken from the original ms. Bruch sent to his friend Eichmann. He gives 1919 consistently for the E-flat quintet.) Schissel | Sound the Note! 21:29, 26 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
