All in the list are in England. Does anyone object to my moving the page to List of collegiate churches in England? Moonraker2 (talk) 17:12, 3 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

For a Listed of collegiate church, there are lot that are excluded. Either rename the article, or include all the collegiate churches. It is arbitrary to exclude so many types of collegiate churches in England. It gives undue, and exclusive, weight to Anglican pre-reformation churches. The reliance on one book to provide the list raises concerns for the neutrality of an encyclopaedia such as this. Pjposullivan (talk) 19:41, 28 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Collegiate Church of Our Lady and St Joseph

[edit]

I have removed this from the listing of current collegiate churches; as the link is broken, and it appears the canons have moved on. I won't be putting it in the 'former' section; as I propose this should be reserved for dissolved or terminated medieval collegiate foundations. TomHennell (talk) 09:45, 3 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

St Mary Redcliffe, Bristol

Should this be on the list?St Sjoh0050 (talk) 18:12, 10 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Never collegiate. I have though added All Saints Bristol to the list. TomHennell (talk) 21:32, 10 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
