Reorganize

[edit]

Speaking as an outsider, this list would be more helpful if it were reorganized:

First, break it down by Malta and its associated sub-areas, and Gozo. Then list by location. That would help people better understand the geographic relation of the towns to each other, within the Malta regions, for example.--Parkwells (talk) 14:12, 9 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

How about having everything in English (this is the English not Maltese Wikipedia), removing the "area" (some of the regions listed in this section don't exist), and adding the year built. For example:
Name Image Status Built District Location Dedication Feast
St. Paul's Cathedral Metropolitan Cathedral 1697–1702 Mdina St. Paul's Square Paul the Apostle 24 June
St. John's Co-Cathedral Co-Cathedral 1572–1577 Valletta St. John's Square John the Baptist 29 June

It's good. I wrote about this issue here. I quote myself: "List of churches in Malta - should use English names of places (this is English Wikipedia), add column of date of construction, delete column of area and feast and see also and notes, add rest wikilinks to missing articles. Should reorder columns to: name (of church, with wikilink) | Location (English name of place and perchance address) | Status | Year (of construction) | Photo". The table above is ok but I support remove column of "Dedication", perchance replace "Dedication" to "Denomination". Subtropical-man talk
