Y

[edit]

Just asking why the picture in the Bedford Y series box isn't a Y series, but is a VAL. The pic info even says VAL on it. The linked archive at Commercial Motor confirms that the YRT wasn't twin steer, so the pic is definitely a VAL. There are two pics in Bedford Y series, so would someone who is more experienced with picture placing please use one of them to replace the VAL? Thanks. Worked out how to do it, and did it. Added years of production as well. Sarandone2 (talk) 15:41, 8 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Consensus about Chinese buses

[edit]

I've noticed that the general consensus is to list chinese buses by their full factory-codes if there isn't a secondary designator like a car/truck name.

I wonder what's the consensus for secondary model designators, (eg: Golden Dragon Chuanliu with a variant having the model code XML6125J28C?) PowerCarsAreJustLocomotives (talk) 22:00, 19 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
