Criteria for inclusion in this list
[edit]Policy on Biographies of Living People applies in spades to this list. Living persons added to the list MUST be bluelinked, ie they must already have a Wikipedia article which verifies through reliable sources that they are guilty of a crime, or are notorious for criminal activities for which they have not yet been brought to justice, or for which they are awaiting trial.
Redlinks are only acceptable for historical individuals who have not yet got a Wikipedia article.
No-one should ever be added to this list without a link.

Categories?
[edit]Why are the women listed with names only, no descriptions, yet in the male section, they all have descriptions? Also there are a lot of females listed in the mail section.
