Contested deletion

[edit]

This page should not be speedily deleted because it provides useful information about Thomas & Friends at a glance, and it does not exactly fit any of criteria for speedy deletion. If this page were to go down, many, many other "list" pages on Wikipedia would have to go too, and that is no good. Careful discretion is advised. --Anthony Fok (talk) 20:20, 24 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The Legend of the Lost Treasure

There is a new Thomas movie called The Legend of the Lost Treasure which will come next year. I really like if Duck, Donald, Douglas and Oliver are going to appear in this new movie and have their speaking role and they (Duck, Donald, Douglas and Oliver) are supposed to be in the rest of the Steam Team along with Thomas, Edward, Henry, Gordon, James, Percy, Toby and Emily.

Here's what I'm going to tell you.

Thomas is the number 1.

Edward is the number 2.

Henry is the number 3.

Gordon is the number 4.

James is the number 5.

Percy is the number 6.

Toby is the number 7.

Duck is the number 8.

Donald is the number 9.

Douglas is the number 10.

and Oliver is the number 11. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.197.16.8 (talk) 23:18, 29 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Editing

Why can't I edit the page? YafSelam17 (talk) 11:08, 15 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Due to repeated vandalism by a recurring sockpuppet, the page can only be edited by established editors. New editors (like you) and anonymous editors can request edits on the talk page, but cannot edit the article directly. - SummerPhDv2.0 18:33, 15 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Classic series, new series, etc

[edit]

I find the terms used "classic series" "new series" "CGI series" really odd. There's no official distinction that has ever been made by the production team, and the terms seem to come from the terms used for Doctor Who which I believe first emanated from distinguishing the website for the revival from the pre-existing Doctor Who website. It doesn't seem befitting of Wikipedia to use these terms when they are unofficial and, ignoring the familiarity Doctor Who fans will have with them, very odd and unhelpful terms anyway. Typo

"Series 8 – present, The rest of the series takes place in the same years when their films and episodes have aired."

The "The" has no reason to be capitalised, I think. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.108.41.5 (talk) 23:27, 6 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
