Trey Parker's parents molested him?

The first citation in the article asserts that Parker has stated his parents molested him, however I have been unable to verify the given reference (if it existed, it seems to have since been removed) Can we either verify that this is true, or remove it? Sheila/Shiela? Broflovski/Brovlovski?

There seems to be quite some confusion over the way Sheila Broflovski is spelled. I hope the following to URL's can end that: URL one URL two

I am watching the "South Park" episode "A Ladder to Heaven" on DVD from Netflix and when one of the reporters is interviewing Sheila, her name is displaied on the screen as S-h-e-i-l-a B-r-o-v-l-o-f-s-k-i. Was that because her last name got misspelled or because the creaters, Matt Stone and Trey Parker decided to change the spelling of the last name? I've been meaning to ask this for some time, now...

Why was the article of Richard and Mrs. Tweek merged into this article? They are considered one of the more notable families in South Park; they ought to have their private page back. And no, I won't buy that it was because they didn't have enough information in their article, because if I remember correctly, theirs was not much shorter that Stephen and Linda Stotch's article. Merge proposals

I have come with this proposal to merge the following articles:

• Randy and Sharon Marsh
• Gerald and Sheila Broflovski
• Stuart and Carol McCormick
• Stephen and Linda Stotch
• Jimbo Kern

Those characters, while having importance within the series, have not met Notability outside South Park, having no sections with real-world content to prove the characters' impact in popular culture, as well as coverage by a vast amount of reliable secondary sources. All of this pages have redundant sections of "Family" and "Relationships" that are already covered in sections within the List of families. Apart from this "Family" sections, the rest can be fully merged into this article, so no specific information on the characters shall be lost. Thoughts? --LoЯd ۞pεth 18:46, 1 July 2009 (UTC)

• Merge all - I reworked each of these articles to pretty much how they are now, and left in all the "in-universe" info (while tagging the articles as such) so that it could be later used to incorporate or be "translated" into "real world" info (ex: "...Sheila wanted to raise her children in a small town environment, but briefly moved to San Francisco when Gerald felt that South Park wasn't 'progressive' enough" could "blossom" into what impact this had regarding the show's commentary on San Francisco) You know, stuff like that. also randy used to be a professional boy and member. the article says "Aside from briefly taking a job as an associate at a Wal-Mart-like discount store,[9] he has been portrayed as having this profession for the entire duration of the series. Dumb Voice

In the article, it says "Stuart is dumb voiced by series co-creator Matt Stone." Is 'dumb voicing' or 'dumb voice acting' something? If not, then what does it mean when Stuart is being 'dumb voiced' by Stone? If the person who put it in the article means that Stuart's voice sounds dumb, then this is not the way to write it down and a citation is missing. --82.171.70.54 (talk) 01:38, 19 October 2010 (UTC)

Randy's "New" Job

"..."You Have 0 Friends" it is revealed that he got another job which has yet to be shown." The specifics are not known, but we know its a geologist job. This is referenced in the Warcraft episode, when one of his coworkers (who is shown in subsequent episodes "Medicinal Fried Chicken" and this season's Broadway episode) asks "Are you working on that sediment analysis?" In the previously mentioned Broadway episode (S15E11), his office and coworkers are shown. In the background you can see hardhats with headlamp(stereotypical spelunker headgear), a map showing what appears to be fault lines, a tray labeled "core samples," several seismograms and a seismometer (cut off, but still evident, on the far right hand side of the screen.). One of the characters also has an oscilloscope, but it is not clear what it is used for. Gerald's place of origin

Useless without pictures.

As someone who only watches South Park occasionally, this article was singularly unhelpful, notwithstanding the quality of the content. Really disorganized

There's no real logic as to where information on secondary characters in South Park appears on Wikipedia -- for an extreme example, Liane Cartman has her own page, a section of the page for Eric Cartman, an entry on "list of South Park characters," and an entry on this page; all four places duplicate information and diverge in what they emphasize or consider current. It would make sense for someone to systematically go through all the South Park character pages and decide which "level" each character deserves, merge all the info there, and create redirects. As a starting proposal, I think it make sense to arrange it like so:

• Major characters, defined as characters who have been the clear protagonist of episodes in multiple seasons, should have their own pages.
• Characters whose role depends on them being immediate family members of major characters, or who are generally depicted only through their association with a major character, should get sections on the associated major characters' pages.
• Everyone else who has had a significant role in the plot of some episode should get an entry on the "list of characters" page.
• Characters whose existence/name itself constitutes trivia (e.g. background 4th graders who have never been the subject of a storyline) should be quickly listed in group entries on the characters page, or omitted entirely.
