Fair use rationale for Image:Rage tv logo.png
[edit]Image:Rage tv logo.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Progress (June 2019)
[edit]I've just compiled and added complete data for all years (1990-2019). Now that I've finished that, any help with fixing all the wikilinks to the artists/groups in the article, which were added with a script and in many cases link to the wrong article, a disambiguation page, or nothing at all would be appreciated. (Update 16 June: now completed, thanks)
As for referencing, the ABC website had single-page plaintext lists for years 1990-1998, had single-page lists linking to articles for each episode for 1999-2007, and then split everything up by month/year from 2008-present. I have referenced all single-page lists (1990-2007), but don't see the value of individually referencing each of the hundreds of blog-style posts for each guest programmer from 2008 to now, so instead have just put the same reference (the general rage guest programmer archive page on the ABC website from where the info can be found by selecting the month/year) for those later years. If you see a better way of doing things, given that there are likely no other sources for this info, please feel free to implement it.
