Proposed merge of Leader of the Opposition (Nova Scotia) with List of Nova Scotia opposition leaders

The Leaders article is a stub and doesn't contain any information not also contained on the list page. Could easily be merged along the lines of other similar pages, for example Leader of the Opposition (Alberta) or Leader of the Opposition (New Brunswick).
