Suggestion on renaming page and creating new page under this title.
[edit]This page currently links to the French page "Liste des ministres français de l'Outre-mer et des Colonies" (List of French Ministers of Overseas and Colonies), which frankly is a more accurate description of its contents. I propose the name of this paged be changed to that. The current title "Ministry of Overseas France" should link to the French page "Ministère des Outre-mer", which actually describes the department, and is not just a list of former minsters. That new page should be created from a translation from the French page. (See translation request on article page.)
