Expansion of LGBT figures in fiction and myth page
In light of recent edits by @User:UnkreativeFrog (which can be found in this main page's edit history, with the most recent one being this), which are said to expand lists within the "original scope of the article", I thought I would begin a discussion here. I do not wish to have an edit war about this, as that isn't worth anyone's time. I fully support expanding the page to include more lists, but I believe that adding too many lists could bog down the page and make it unusable for users. And that isn't good, considering the amount of hundreds of users who have viewed this page. Lest us forget that that templates at the bottom for LGBT fiction and stock characters list include MANY pages already.
Anyway, I just thought I'd open the discussion, and ask you all, which lists do you think should be included on this page? It is undoubtedly necessary to expand the page so it can more fully encompass more topics about LGBT characters and media within the scope of "fiction and myth". Such an expansion would help users and editors on here without a doubt. I look forward to hearing from all of you. Historyday01 (talk) 17:18, 19 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I agree with expanding the page as it is sorely needed. Having a lot of lists is expected on a page such as this and I believe it won't be a problem for browsing if they are organized.
I was also concerned about the issue of being redundant with the page links in the nav templates at the bottom, however I noticed while looking at the page on my phone that these templates do not show up. Therefore, listing the same links in the main page might be ultimately better for mobile users. TheModster (talk) 00:33, 16 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
