Beckory, Somerset, England

[edit]

Beckory is recorded in several places as a rare old Irish settlement in England. The town is named for an Irish monastery there, and is mentioned in some reputable sources. (I don't have these to hand unfortunately, but I can look this up).--MacRusgail 13:04, 21 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Ranelagh

[edit]

According to Ranelagh_Gardens the Ranelagh in Dublin is named after the one in London.
