New List of episodes
[edit]This is a generated list, so if there is anything missing, mis-formated, please tell me an I will relaunch my script. It will easier and faster ! The complete list of episodes (with descriptions) will be soon added. Lvr 12:09, 10 January 2006 (UTC)
- I gather that some of the episodes were aired out of their intended order, is there a way to check this? See the main article on the series for some examples.NowhereDense 23:14, 15 May 2007 (UTC) What episode was filmed at the Baltimore Boxing Club ?
Copyright violation?
[edit]The synopses of the episodes here all seem to be taken verbatim from TV.com's synopses. [1] Can we do this? --khaosworks (talk • contribs) 15:08, 12 January 2006 (UTC)
- Indeed it is. I should mention the sources. I took it for granted reading the TV Tome talkpage. Was it a wrong assumption ? Lvr 21:05, 12 January 2006 (UTC)
- I think it is, if the data is still on TV.com. Unfortunately, I'd already tagged the pages as copyright violations before I saw this. --khaosworks (talk • contribs) 09:58, 15 January 2006 (UTC)
- If it is, I'll reverted it to the prvious list that was less complete. Just a question, if I remove the episode description, and that I keep, the writers, musics, ... the copyvio will be removed, I guess.
- How can we be sure it is really a copyvio ? Is there some kind of procedure on Wikipedi with copyvio experts that we could consult ? Lvr 10:53, 15 January 2006 (UTC)
- I don't think there really is any doubt it is a copyvio in this case. TV Tome was bought over by CNet and turned into TV.com, which included everything on TV Tome at the time. While some information was lost, the information that is used in the episode listings here continues to exist on TV.com, with a "Copyright © 2006 CNET Networks, Inc. All Rights Reserved." slapped on every page, so... it's not public domain. Sorry. --khaosworks (talk • contribs) 11:09, 15 January 2006 (UTC)
- Ok? I will remove this content. Please check List of Homicide: Life on the Street episodes (Season 1)/Temp if this is ok. Lvr 14:06, 15 January 2006 (UTC)
- Looks okay to me. Let me know when all seven are done (drop me a note on my talk page so I'll notice) and I'll move them to the right places. --khaosworks (talk • contribs) 14:58, 15 January 2006 (UTC)

Production Code?
[edit]Is there a site that lists the production codes for these episodes? The reason I ask is the production codes on this page indicate some episodes are aired out of order, but on the pages for those specific seasons, the production codes are different, and order of airing is assumed to be order of production (which doesn't make sense, given the continuous nature of the show) Darquis (talk) 02:26, 13 October 2008 (UTC)
