List of Hiking Trails in the United States → List of hiking trails in the United States –capitals. 203.173.186.163 (talk) 19:03, 23 August 2015 (UTC)
- There are two in the associated category that need moving as well. 203.173.186.163 (talk) 19:03, 23 August 2015 (UTC)
This is not controversial and I was fixing to move it myself when I noticed that the "list" is a grand total of three links to other lists. I suggest deletion — this is what categories like Category:Lists of hiking trails in the United States are for — but if others think that this putative list of lists should be kept, should the title be Lists (plural) of hiking trails in the United States? — AjaxSmack 02:45, 24 August 2015 (UTC)
- Support uncontroversial improvement, but I agree that the page is currently pointless. If there aren't any other lists by state, this should probably be deleted. 209.211.131.181 (talk) 03:27, 24 August 2015 (UTC)
- Given the lack of entries it looks like a work in progress. I agree with AjaxSmack that the subject is best handled with categories. 203.173.186.163 (talk) 06:00, 24 August 2015 (UTC)
- I reconsidered in light of the comment below. If progress is being made, leave it alone for the time being. — AjaxSmack 21:29, 24 August 2015 (UTC)

August 24, 2015 - Resignation
[edit]I am giving this up. I was working on the lists and trying to put together trails for everyone to have access to. I know that I wanted the information and would have appreciated if someone else had done this. I had planned on making the list of trails and then adding the trail information when I had finished the lists themselves. However, I see now that it was a worthless effort to try to add that to this site. If everyone wants to just delete everything that I've been trying to work on and improve, then it's not worth my time to be here.

- Please don't resign. I did not notice that you had just created the article. I seriously violated WP:DONTBITE. I applaud your work and do not want to impede, let alone delete your efforts. — AjaxSmack 21:29, 24 August 2015 (UTC)
