Expand and possibly add list of captains?

I've moved this article out of the notable players section of the Crystal Palace F.C. main article (as it was taking up a disapportinate amount of the page). However, it's need expanding as it difficult to find out all the dates, etc. There are lots of other past club player lists like this to compare:
