Consonantly with "Attorneys General", "Ladies in Waiting", "Ambassadors at Large", and "Idiots Savant" the correct plural of "Adjutant General" is "Adjutants General" - the chap seemingly does not have the rank of General, but the word "General" is an adjective relating to her/his scope of action and duty. I hope someone can change the very link from "List_of_Adjutant_Generals" to "List_of_Adjutants_General" because I do not know how. SavantIdiot (talk) 18:03, 8 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I HAVE TRIED FOR YEARS TO OBTAIN A COMPLETE LIST OF THE ADJUTANTS GENERAL OF THE U.S. INCLUDING THE CURRENT ADJUTANT GENERAL OF THE UNITED STATES. WHY DO YOU STOP AT 1981? IT'S DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND. PLEASE OBTAIN THE COMPLETE LIST INCLUDING THE CURRENT ADJUTANT GENERAL OF THE UNITED STATES AND KEEP IT UPDATED. I BELIEVE THE ADJUTANT'S CORP IS LOCATED IN SOUTH CAROLINA ALTHOUGH EARLIER THEY WERE AT FORT BENJAMIN HARRISON BUT THAT WAS CHANGED DURING BASE CLOSING AND REALIGNMENT WITHIN THE LAST FEW YEARS. I SHALL ATTEMPT TO CONTACT THE ADJUTANT'S CORP MYSELF TO OBTAIN THE ANSWER AS WELL. IF I OBTAIN THE PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL FOR THE ADJUTANT'S CORP I SHALL RETURN HERE AND ENTER IT FOR YOU. HOPE THIS WON'T TAKE YOU TOO LONG TO DO. THANK YOU FOR THE FINE WORK YOU DO WITH WIKIPEDIA. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.81.59.98 (talk) 14:42, 24 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
