Suggested correction re La Senza

[edit]

I’ve not edited the page directly myself as I have a COI (I work for a firm that works for Lion Capital), but can I highlight the change made today by 46.7.241.50 and suggest it is reverted? Aside from the inappropriate location of the update on the page, it’s also factually inaccurate – La Senza is no longer managed by Lion Capital but instead is in the hands of the administrators, KPMG (e.g. see http://www.legalweek.com/legal-week/news/2136497/uk-law-firm-quartet-line-blacks-la-senza-administrations). Decisions about staffing, payments etc are therefore in KPMG’s hands. Thanks. Markpackuk (talk) 17:05, 13 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Promotional text

[edit]

The section on "Activities" reads too much like promotional material. Statements such as but not limited to "Lion Capital’s directors have resisted diversification into other sectors, claiming that their strategy is to know more about less" and "Lion Capital’s team draws on its investing and operating expertise to identify..." may be well suited for materials put out by Lion Capital LLP, but do not provide a rational description of the activities of this company.
