THROW THE F**KIN MIXTAPES BACK ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How the f**k can you take them off?!?!?! That's basically defeating the purpose of having his discography on here, everyone knows his albums... Mixtapes
[edit]This article is extremely incomplete without listing the mixtapes. Being that the article is solely for his discography, it's not like they're cluttering up his main article, and they should definitely be put back in. SchnappM (talk) 22:13, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
Fuck that, all music should be on here, leaked official, guests and so on...
Someone should reactivate all The Drought Is Over pages. I think that they are his best mixtapes by far! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Nmartine3 (talk • contribs) 01:22, 13 April 2009 (UTC)
I Keep adding a unoffical mixtape section because Lil Wayne has many songs that were released only on these mixtapes. I understand that he did not make them but still they have original music by him that had been leaked. Someone keeps deleting it...why? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.70.227.215 (talk) 00:10, 17 April 2009 (UTC)
Correction in UK album chart position
[edit]According to the UK Music Charts, Tha Carter III debuted at #23 in the UK and not #1 as it's denoted in the Chart Positions. Also, if you go to the specific page for Tha Carter III, it also lists the debut at #23 in the UK. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Boston07 (talk • contribs) 22:41, 16 June 2008 (UTC)

Mr. Carter
[edit]why does someone keep deleting "Mr. Carter" from the solo singles section? The song charted on the Hot 100, Hot R&B and Hip-Hop Songs, and Hot Rap Tracks. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Neqquah (talk • contribs) 16:06, 30 September 2008 (UTC)

So how do we know what's a single or not?
[edit]I need some clarification for why "Know What I'm Doin'" can't be listed as an official single yet "Earthquake" can. --Andrewlp1991 (talk) 06:19, 7 June 2009 (UTC)
What IS an official or unofficial mixtape?
[edit]I doubt that it reflects well on the article by tagging the mixtape section "Official and Unofficial". --Andrewlp1991 (talk) 04:02, 23 July 2009 (UTC)
- It's informative to let people know the unofficial mixtapes are unofficial. I won't be opposed if you revert the edits again if it really bothers you that much. Str8cash (talk) 20:16, 27 June 2010 (UTC)
- Do you have a source that indicates so? WP:V! Andrewlp1991 (talk) 20:49, 27 June 2010 (UTC)
- Do you have a source that indicates otherwise? I have no problem with you reverting it but if you're going to be a dick about it and say that sources are the problem then i encourage you to find a source claiming that they are official. Because i sure as hell couldn't find a single one. Str8cash (talk) 22:40, 27 June 2010 (UTC)
- The mixtapes tagged by Str8cash are not official singles. They were not promoted and released by Lil Wayne himself. STAT -Verse 05:26, 28 June 2010 (UTC)

RIAA certifications for singles
[edit]editsemiprotected Can someone please edit page to show Drop the World certified platinum? RIAA already has it listed on their website in Footnote 3. Also certify Duffle Bag Boy as platinum, also shown on RIAA website and ceritify We Takin Over as gold. Also Love in this Club Part II is gold and Im Me was certified gold also under footnote 3. Thank you. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 153.2.247.32 (talk) 13:56, 23 July 2010 (UTC) §
- Partly done: - Added "Drop the World" as platinum and "I'm Me" as gold, as verified through footnote 3.

- The first two footnotes provided above are invalid for 'Lil Wayne'. Added 'Love in this CLub Part II" as certified Gold. The link you provided above is for 'Drake' and does not seem valid for Lil Wayne. Was unable to validate status for "Duffle Bag Boy", "We Takin' Over" and "I'm Goin'". If possible please provide additional information and use another editsemiprotected.

Regarding collaborative albums
[edit]Shouldn't it also include The B.G.'z "True Story" and all four Hot Boys albums? How are they any different from the Young Money album? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.233.8.76 (talk) 13:30, 23 August 2010 (UTC)
I'm Single
[edit]I noticed that "I'm Single" is only in the "Other charted songs" section when surely it should be in the main singles section? Surely it was a proper single, not just a promo? Please enlighten me and change this if needed.Sufur222 (talk) 18:24, 2 March 2011 (UTC)

- Adding rows to a table in an article involves changing the source of the article. (When you look at the article, you see a tab which reads View source.) The table looks like this:
Changing that to add a new row takes a little time to get right, so it seems more reasonable that the requester take on that effort. You can work it out in your sandbox and let me know what text to add. Thanks, Celestra (talk) 02:14, 28 February 2012 (UTC)
OK, here it is:
Year | Song | Peak chart positions | Certifications | Album | |||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
US | US R&B |
US Rap |
CAN | ||||

90 | — | — | 57 | Nothing But The Beat |
