Light Water Reactor Sustainability Program

[edit]

Someday I think I will move (rename) this article to Light Water Reactor Sustainability Program unless the original author objects within the next few days. This move will automatically create a "Redirect" from the previous name to the newly renamed article. H Padleckas (talk) 08:44, 30 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

That would be great! Since this is my first time, I actually wasn't sure how to change the title name to capitalize the other words. If you would like to do that it would be appreciated. Maybe you could even give me a couple pointers on how to do it myself later. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Brett R. Stone (talkcontribs) 18:01, 1 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I made the move (title change) to Light Water Reactor Sustainability Program, but afterwards I regretted not letting you do it "for the experience." It's actually pretty easy but when doing it, you would be asked for a short reason for doing it. There's a "move" tab at the top of a "Wiki-page" alongside other tabs like "edit this page" and "history", which you can click on to move a Wiki-page from one title to another. After clicking on the "move" tab, three typing fields appear, the first for the old title, the second for the new title, and the third for the reason for making the move. After entering this info, the box to also move the associated Talk page is normally checked to move it also to correspond to the new article title. Then click on "Move page" to finish. Notice how the linked title that was previously red is now blue (or purple if you saw it lately) since before there was no such page and now there is. Also when making remarks on Talk pages, it's a good idea to sign after your remarks by making four tilde marks in a row like this ~~~~ to identify yourself. This includes article Talk pages and User Talk pages. When the signed page is saved, the Wiki software automatically converts the four tildes into your "User name signature" followed by time, date.
