Agree to move Divizia "A" to Divizia A (which will become the existing stub)!

So the requested move is sorted, resolved, no further attention needed. (Isn't it?) I've just removed it from WP:RM. Hajor 2 July 2005 05:23 (UTC)

Name change

[edit]

I think someone should change the name of the article from 'Divizia A' to 'Liga I', since this is the new name of the league. Of course existing links to 'Divizia A' should point to 'Liga I' from now on. Giuseppe86 13:36, 26 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Liga 1 should be moved to Liga I

[edit]

Liga 1 should be moved to Liga I because this is the real name of this league. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Gabinho (talkcontribs) 15:06, 6 May 2007 (UTC).[reply]

Gabinho cut-paste moved this from Liga 1 on 8 June 2007. I have history-merged the revisons from before that date. – wbm1058 (talk) 15:27, 9 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Notable foreign players

[edit]

Define notable. There are a lot of names I never heard of and I live in Romania. Maybe you should create a "List of foreign players in Romania" like this one from RomanianSoccer: [1].Edgar (talk) 08:55, 20 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Dinamo/Ciocanul

[edit]

Romanian football statisticians don't consider Ciocanul's two seasons as part of Dinamo's all-time history. See the 1932 - 2006 all-time table (as computed by Razvan Toma) on RSSSF -> [2]

Ciocanul Bucuresti is already mentioned on Dinamo's wiki page - no need to alter the table here.

Liga IRomanian Liga — There is two many 1. Liga and XXX Liga, The full name of the Romanian highest division is Liga I Bürger, it may be confused with Soproni Liga, Corgoň Liga, Gambrinus liga, Swiss 1. Liga and various Prva Liga. Use Romanian Liga per Portuguese Liga case. —Matthew_hk tc 06:36, 27 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Although this RM was approved, no move had taken place for three days, so I moved it myself. – PeeJay 17:21, 5 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Why was the result to move? There were 2 good reasons given as to why this shouldn't have been moved versus one flawed reason why it should, it shouldn't have been moved. - MTC (talk) 17:36, 5 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Using the same principle, please move La Liga to Spanish Liga. Thanks! --Edgar (talk) 06:41, 6 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Fully professional?

[edit]

Is this not a "fully profession league"? Juzhong (talk) 01:29, 27 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It's fully professional. It's organized by the LPF: Romanian Professional Football League. --Edgar (talk) 07:53, 27 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Then please add it to Wikipedia:WikiProject Football/Fully professional leagues. Juzhong (talk) 10:44, 27 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Who won this season? FC Juventus București (1924) or FC Petrolul Ploiești, on both pages the titles is on their pages. On both pages i see this "The team was founded in 1924 after the merger of Triumf Bucureşti and Romcomit Bucureşti."

On LPF official website appear the titles was won by Juventus. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 188.25.234.162 (talk) 10:51, 14 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
