Lift Powder. To make black powder more explosive it would need to be pulverized into a powder. This guy is making small slower burning stars essentially. He doesn't site what grade the BP should be and cites cookie crumbs as a standardized size we should all be familiar with. If you are following these instructions...don't. People that don't know should remain quiet when explosives are concerned.
