Dear Lifestyle You, The naturally sweet tasting fruits and high in fibre are Kiwi Fruit, mandarins, seedless grapes and plums all have a natural laxative effect in it. Bitter tasting unsweet fruits that contain high fibre but don’t have the natural sugar taste in it to have the laxative effect. When weight watchers and grossly over weight people need to get rid of saturated, excess fat, fatty acids and harmful bacteria expelling it into the rectum, the best way to lose it for slimming is watch the texture, colour and quantity coming out into the toilet basin quicker than weight of saturated, excess fat is put on. There’s no other better way to slim down overweight than to defecate saturated excess fat into the toilet. Then weight watchers and grossly overweight people can be confident that they are losing it quicker than it is put on. The confidence in watching all that grossly overweight being taken off while expelling it and slimming it off in large quantities of defecating bowel motion waste matter filling up the toilet a lot of it is part of the healthy routine treatment needed to lose it. Young actively energetic people who diet with five meals a day with only about a quarter 25% of the normal average size meal and masses of physical exercise and amount of energy used up can lead to constipation in young people and tripling the size of the quantity amount, it that true?? I don’t have a car, I’ve never had a car and I’ve always relied on my own self transport of walking and cycling for shopping and I don’t smoke, I quit smoking when I was young. But even at the 52 year old that I am I still rely on self transport of walking and cycling. Could this large quantity of physical activity and amount of energy that I use up, could that lead to constipation at my age at 52 years old the same as how young people get constipated with the same kind of activity?? Most young people think that they’re being watched while opening their bowels defecating on the toilet. This paranoid feeling they get is probably their own inner selves while watching themselves defecate on the toilet. Therefore they become reluctant to use the toilet and when becoming extremely desperate until they have an accident in their pants in public places and will only defecate anywhere but the toilet. This will lead to constipation after a few days of holding it as overweight goes back on. Once young people realise that everyone opens their bowels to defecate in the toilet by watching examples whereas young people learn better from example rather than discipline to toilet train and will feel more confident in releasing their bowels and being open to the toilet without that fear of being watched by their inner selves. This is a common feeling with young people but not just one or two but with many, I was also one of them when I were a young kid. I no longer hold it getting constipated whereas now I’m more confident in being open on the toilet being more regular, healthy eating and exercise. Sometimes when bowel motion waste matter is a little too soft like runny poo, in the next defecating event may be much harder creating a vacuum in my rectum, this can store up for a few days with constipation until my rectum fills up again, can this be true?? Sometimes when I feel like I want to defecate but when I sit onto the toilet, the first couple of turds are very hard right next to the inside of my anus but after they expel, the other turds further up deeper inside my rectum are extremely soft and runny poo. Is this the effect of natural high fibre sweet fruit which has a natural laxative effect??
