Liberation Square → Liberation Square, Baghdad — I do not think the square in Baghdad is the primary topic for "Liberation Square". Cairo's Tahrir Square is very often translated as Liberation Square (see links: [1][2][3][4]), and a simple Google search for "Liberation Square" shows many more results relating to the square in Cairo than that of Baghdad or elsewhere. - Agree with Liberation Square → Liberation Square, Baghdad. Even before the recent events, it appears that the Cairo one was more prominent in Google search results than the Baghdad one. Also, agree with Liberation Square (disambiguation) → Liberation Square - there does not seem to be one that is especially predominant in the long term. --A bit iffy (talk) 10:36, 13 February 2011 (UTC)
- Support. Certainly not the only or even the most notable Liberation Square. -- Necrothesp (talk) 15:20, 14 February 2011 (UTC)
- Comment. Should it not be Liberation Square (Baghdad)? There aren't many sources that actually call it literally "Liberation Square, Baghdad", so we should use standard disambiguation principles of using a parenthetical. Good Ol’factory (talk) 08:28, 17 February 2011 (UTC)
- "Liberation Square, Baghdad" would appear to be in line with Wikipedia:Naming conventions (geographic names), though I have no strong opinion on this. The Celestial City (talk) 19:56, 17 February 2011 (UTC)

The article should be moved to Tahrir square because thats what its known as locally. Aziz1005 (talk) 02:33, 18 May 2016 (UTC)
