Needs its own article?

[edit]

Btljs, I just saw this edit, which brought me to this article. I don't see that this topic needs its own Wikipedia article. See WP:No split and WP:No page for what I mean. It can be briefly covered in the Lexa (The 100) article (as one paragraph in the "Exit from the series" section). Flyer22 Reborn (talk) 08:11, 19 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I see that you just added a paragraph there on it. Hmm, I'll take a "wait and see" approach regarding the WP:Notability of this pledge and its future as a standalone article. Flyer22 Reborn (talk) 08:16, 19 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I was just adding the extra paragraph to that section as you entered the above! The point here is that this isn't just about the 100, the people who signed it and those discussing it, are connecting it with many other current TV series, such as Walking Dead. As such I don't think it is just a 'split' issue, the 100 connection is just a catalyst for something wider. If the name doesn't stick, then it will, in time, be reabsorbed into existing articles, but I work on the basis of: is this something I expected to be able to find in WP? How prominent would I expect this to be? Btljs (talk) 08:21, 19 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Understood. You clearly thought this through. Flyer22 Reborn (talk) 08:25, 19 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
