The 1990's "Hopia" era should not be elaborately explained. I believe this would jeopardize both schools.

What if the "Squatter Chant" of San Beda (Chant used to humiliate or degrade other schools) would be added in the Red Lions page? would it look or even sound good?

Knight of Malta

[edit]

Do we really need to know in this article that the founder of the Knights of Malta was a Benedictine monk? Hehehehe --Howard the Duck 13:12, 30 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Copyedited

In the introduction the article states that the Letran Knights basketball side have won 16 NCAA (Philippines) titles, but lists only fifteen of them in the section on History up to 2007. I have assumed that there has been another victory in either 2008 or 2009, so have put 'on 16 occasions (up to 2009)' in the intro. Better check that this is correct. Also better check that I haven't misunderstood anything, particularly putting some of the basketball jargon into plain English. In fact, I have kept some of the jargon intact, knowing the mix of readers that will be interested in this article. Very enjoyable reading. It tells quite a story. Hope I have been able to help. To add to the copyediting note, I have gone over this again and deleted several superfluous lines or overly elaborate details with relation to specific game plays that are ultimately irrelevant to the objectiveness of the article. I would also like to suggest that since this article is excessively heavy on the men's basketball team that other separate articles be created for the other sports teams sharing the same name of "Letran Knights" so as to prevent confusion. The main body of the article- the basketball section- had other random bits of info about teams that weren't basketball in it that I ultimately deleted. If someone knowledgeable about the teams of this school would like to create these other separate pages, please check the previous revisions and do so. Because of this confusion, I won't be removing the copyediting tag from the top of the page as it could still use some work from someone more knowledgeable on the topic- I was only able to fix grammar, flow, and relevancy issues in the end. Thanks. --Tsukiakari (talk) 06:46, 22 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I want to edit this page. Help?

[edit]

Hello. I am a newbie here in wikipedia. This is my first time to edit an article. I have chosen the Letran Knights wiki page bec. I am a fan of their basketball team and their page is a mess. The table with their lineup for NCAA season 95 is not here anymore.

I want to share my knowledge about them but I don't know where to start. HelloWorldNavigator (talk) 13:45, 2 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Separate article for men's basketball

[edit]

I think the men's basketball of the Letran Knights need a separate article.

This article will be made for the whole varsity team of Letran. What do you think? HelloWorldNavigator (talk) 07:04, 14 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

What country is this?

[edit]

Would be nice to have the country mentioned in the first or second sentence. 2607:FEA8:FF01:4FA6:2CCE:C8E7:B81D:924 (talk) 20:58, 7 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
