PR lingo
[edit]Sorry, but many parts of Kee's biography currently read like an advertisement of his magnificence. I'm not an avid Wikipedia writer, so please excuse my lack of courage to rewrite the respective parts, but I felt like pointing this out. Some examples:
"Kee worked 3 jobs every day for 5 years, he was well known for sleeping 3 hours per day since he was young." – source? Well known by whom? Also, 3 hours per day for years on end is superhuman territory.
"the famous Hong Kong City Magazine hired him to work on a cover shoot" – "famous" here is completely unnecessary; the whole part seems odd and not fit for a Wikipedia entry. Also, highly doubtful a non-working nobody (implied here through context) would just get a cover shoot from a well-known magazine.
"featuring Asia no.1 actor Takeshi Kaneshiro" – Asia number 1 actor? This is pure PR speak.
"Known for his highly kinetic fashion images" – source? This is an opinion, not a wiki-worthy fact.
"Kee has been recognised as the most influential fashion and portrait photographer in history of art and photography in Asia. He lifework has been inspiring and influencing young artists to pursue their dreams especially students in Japan, China, Singapore, Korea and the entire South East Asia." – this reads like wanky PR speak copied & pasted from the artist's homepage.
There's more but this should be enough to illustrate the point. I like Kee's work but the article is currently not up to Wikipedia's standards.
