John Leonard
The plaintiff must have had a few bob to hire lawyers and take Pepsi to court - and then again on appeal - just for a joke. Apparently he was 21 at the time so he must have either been very successful very early or it was his parents' money, which amkes me wonder how happy they were for him to spend their money on a humorous lawsuit.
