Case provides that, "On or about March 27, 1996, plaintiff submitted an Order Form, fifteen original Pepsi Points, and a check for $700,008.50. (See Def. Stat. ¶ 36.) Settlement and Aftermath?

I have no authoritative source (currently), but I remember there was more to this story -- Pepsi gave the kid a sizeable scholarship, donated some money somewhere (possibly the $700K), and updated the Harrier's value to "7 BILLION PEPSI POINTS" or some similar. Anyone else remember this? Stands apart from mere trivia for the plaintiff's (apparent) 'gain,' and possible corporate precedent. I'll see what I can dig up.
