Apparently they are different. Both were born in 1954, the singer July 27 in New Orleans, and the actress and her twin Lynette in Milwaukee (Wisconsin) with no exact birthdate known.
I could not find very much on the twins, apart from IMDB and Filmifeed. The latter gives their sign as Capricorn, what means a birthday in end of December or start of January. 193.210.202.107 (talk) 18:15, 18 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
