At http://www.indymedia.org/en/2011/05/948461.shtml is an article claiming that "The reversal of the onus of proof in drug-possession cases is incompatible with the rule of law and is therefore automatically and irredeemably unconstitutional in all jurisdictions." — Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.180.158.2 (talk) 23:46, 24 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The link in (as of this posting) citation 7 is dead: http://atlanta.indymedia.org/local/universally-unconstitutional-war-drugs-3rd-ed. The above link (http://www.indymedia.org/en/2011/05/948461.shtml) is currently active. Recommend an update. Rlorenr (talk) 19:02, 28 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Why is the dissenting view cited

[edit]

Why is the dissenting view cited as justification of the illegality of the war on drugs? Isn't the dissenting view the losing side of the equation? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kielvon (talkcontribs) 14:12, 1 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Merge into War on Drugs
