Creation

[edit]

This article has been split out from the article on Erasmus because that article has been flagged as too long.

His Legacy and Evaluation seem a good separate topic from his life and thought. His Works have already been split out. Rick Jelliffe (talk) 05:42, 10 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Content Rating

[edit]

Before Aug 5 2024, the Erasmus article had a B rating but had clearly become too long: it had previously had a significant split into Works of Erasmus but was still long. The editor Tpbradbury flagged it as too long and moved the content rating to C on account of the size. On Aug 10, about 1/3 of the article was split out into new article Legacy and Evaluations of Erasmus.

It seems reasonable to me that an article split out from an article that was B but made C only because of its size should be rated B again, as the material has not changed. So I propose to move the content rating to B in the next week, if that is OK with everyone? Or some other editor might like to do it first? Rick Jelliffe (talk) 00:42, 11 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
