From Scotland to County Antrim the Scots Presbyterians came to settle . Some were named "LIMEBURN", which, to the Irish ear, sounded like "LEEBURN". A limeburner was one who cooked material to construct cottages.

My 3rd great grandfather was a residence of Carnmoney, County Antrim, in early 1700's.

I wonder if this town in Ontario is named for one of his descendants?
