Peacock Language, Above References
[edit]Just removed a passle of peacock language fr/ the article. Enough for a small peacock farm. FURTHER, all the references above look like some PR effort, ie, plant a bunch of references and hope that somebody will include it in the article to burnish LO's credentials. I'll remove them @ some point unless a good reason to leave it is presented. Tapered (talk) 03:41, 25 September 2010 (UTC)
- Good changes, Tapered. I went ahead and removed the references since I was the one who parked them there in my attempt to improve an article that had no references by adding references. All I did was google Lee Oskar and dump the news on the talk page, and then started to add them into what was an already written article. I agree with your description of a bunch of stuff as peacock language. Next time I go to improve a non-referenced article, I'll also attempt to prune such language at the same time.
