POV?

[edit]

This article was recently tagged as being POV. I don't see any existing discussion on this page. If anyone can present a case for what is POV and needs to be fixed, please post it here. Otherwise, I'll remove the POV tag in a few days. Tytrain (talk) 04:09, 20 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I have asked User:Huney420 to explain why he or she placed the tag. Chick Bowen 20:05, 20 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Since there's been no response, I've removed the tag. Chick Bowen 01:42, 26 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
There were a number of POV and partisan statements, such as charges that Fisher had "made a deal" with Strickland, that were not supported by the cited article (Cincinatti Business). I removed such statements. Some partisan entries were recently added by an anonymous IP editor, whose only edits have been at the Fisher and Portman articles. Such (apparently partisan) editors should review Wikipedia policy, particularly about the ease with which Wikipedia staff trace IP addresses to their sources, and how such editing has backfired, when discussed in the media, imho.
