Should we list Kaczorowski as a disputed predecessor?

Obviously, neither Kaczorowski or anyone from the Polish government in exile held political power, but Walesa did choose to legally succeed from him instead of Jaruzelski, so I added him in as a predecessor and differentiated it as de jure/ de facto. If anyone can think of a more accurate way to encapsulate that differentiation, that would obviously be preferable, but in the status quo it feels weird to list as sole predecessor a man Walesa clearly didn't consider to be his predecessor.
