I'm not quite sure why this would be merged with leakage in electronics. Semiconductor leakage is a quantum phenomena, and capacitor leakage is a macro phenomena due to completely different causes. What good would merging the pages do? Pokeme444 (talk) 14:53, 21 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
