Article should be renamed

This article should be renamed as 'Chiplunkar Road', since 'Law College Road' is not official name of the road (official being 'Chiplunkar Road'.). People tend to mistakenly link the name of the 'ILS Law college' institution with the name of the road, hence the confusion.
