BLGM7,

Why was there a primteimte gap in which three more episodes were added? Because of the conflict between 2010 Tonight Show conflict? No. Affiliates were dissatisfied with The Jay Leno Show, and so NBC decided to move it to 11:35 pm. This was the cause of the gap and resulted with three more episodes of L&O being added.

The 2010 Tonight Show conflict was caused by NBC wanting to move Leno into the 11:35 pm timeslot and slide O'Brien's show back one-half hour. O'Brien refused to move from the 11:35 pm timeslot, thereby causing the conflict between completing shows to fill the 11:35 pm timeslot.

The 2010 Tonight Show conflict did not "cause" the gap. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Television fan (talkcontribs) 15:38, 4 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
