Wrong date for CER signing[edit]

The CER agreement was signed in Canberra by Francis and the Australian deputy prime minister, Lionel Bowen, on 28 March 1978.

Lionel Bowen was DPM from 1983 to 1990. In 1978 he was in opposition, and Doug Anthony was the DPM. But the photo is definitely Bowen, so the date must be wrong. I suggest 1988, not 1978, but this needs confirmation. -- Jack of Oz ^{[pleasantries]} 23:43, 22 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
