I'll get to this shortly.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 19:36, 14 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Sturmvogel 66: Just wanted to check in and make sure that you still have time to work on this review. ceranthor 17:20, 22 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
A reminder never hurts; I'll get to in the next day or two.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 17:40, 22 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
No rush. Just wanted to provide a reminder! ceranthor 18:25, 22 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Sturmvogel 66: any chance you've gotten to look at this? ceranthor 01:06, 29 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I guess you've waited long enough ;-)
  • No DABs, one broken link
What do you think I should do about the two dead links? I'm not sure what happened to them, as they were obviously available recently, and they still show up when you search for them in the NPS website.
Given that one of them was working yesterday when I ran the tool, I think that they must be some sort of glitches on the NPS website.
I'll see if there's any way to contact them. And it may be related to the shutdown in the US.
  • Images appropriately licensed
  • What do you mean by composite volcanic cone? And andesitic? And agglutinated?
Composite volcanoes are the same as stratovolcanoes; clarified that. Andesitic just means that it's made of andesite, not sure how to make that more clear. Agglutinated refers to fused pyroclastic rocks per [1]; should be fixed.
There's no link for andesite on the first use, so move the link there.
Should be fixed now! ceranthor 02:07, 30 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • When did Jedediah Smith reach the mountain?
1821 - added.
  • It contains shield volcanoes, lava domes, cinder cones, and composite stratovolcanoes, in addition to hydrothermal areas. Isn't this kinda redundant to the detailed description in the previous section?
Sure. Cut it out.
Then fold the remnants of the para into the preceding one.
Fixed.
Now the name is used twice in close conjunction. Clean that up and add the size of the monument before it was enlarged into the park to make things flow better.
Fix this and I think that we'll be done.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 02:39, 30 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • By May 14, 1915, Lassen Peak By or on?
On. Fixed.
  • No lava was erupted is "was" intentional here? If so, why?
Removed the "was" here; I think I was just following the source language.
  • Link switchback
Added a link.
  • Fix the capitalization of the title in cite #50
Assuming you mean this ref, "The formation of Cinder Cone, Lassen Volcanic National Park", then I directly copied the capitalization from the url itself, [2].
I directly followed the source capitalization for Foxworthy, Janik, and Parker. I don't mind changing them to all capitalized, just pointing out where those came from originally. ceranthor 19:12, 29 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
The standard cite formats in academia don't follow the rules of capitalization, but you still need to do so, or, at least, be consistent about using them. So either put all titles in title case or none of them.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 23:42, 29 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, working on these now. ceranthor 02:07, 30 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Sturmvogel 66: Think I've gotten to all of these. I replied to a few, but mostly made changes per your suggestion. Let me know what you think. ceranthor 19:12, 29 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Just have to get to the reference capitalization, I think. Will do that shortly. ceranthor 02:07, 30 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Should have gotten to all of these. Let me know if there's anything I missed. ceranthor 02:31, 30 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Don't capitalize words like and, the, for, from, etc. And you missed a word in Foxworthy. Don't forget my latest note above. --Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 02:42, 30 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, think I got it right this time. ceranthor 02:59, 30 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Almost there. Fix the titles in cites 87 and 90.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 03:04, 30 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry! Did those two. ceranthor 03:06, 30 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
