How about describing what this technique is?
[edit]Something rather important that's missing from the lede is a sentence along the lines of, "laser-heated pedestal growth is a technique where crystals are grown by X". After reading this article, I still have only a rough idea of how LHPG works, despite already being familiar with the Czochralski process and other crystal-growing techniques. Would anyone familiar with the subject be willing to edit the text to clarify this? A diagram might also be handy. --Christopher Thomas (talk) 17:56, 25 November 2009 (UTC)
