Checking references

The opening sections were tagged as being unsupported by evidence so I've checked them, simplified them and added the appropriate references. Hopefully that's better now. I wasn't sure what to do with the section "Mudlarking: Lost and Found on the River Thames" which doesn't seem to be written from a neutral point of view.
