Dab or redirect?

[edit]

I'm going to "be bold" and turn this page into a redirect to Lapine language. There's no other real use of "lapine" in English of which I'm aware. It does not appear in the dictionaries I've checked, e.g. http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/lapine, http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/lapine, http://www.wordnik.com/words/lapine, and http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/lapine (this last one lists only the French word). The adjective referring to rabbits (and hares) is "leporine" (see http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/leporine); as mentioned in lablady's comment at http://forum.wordreference.com/showthread.php?t=1086050, use of "lapine" for this is mistaken. I'm moving other information from this page into a hatnote on the Lapine language page. —Pippin (talk) 01:22, 11 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

And I'm now turning it into a dab page, 3 years later, after stub-sorting Lapine, Alabama. PamD 22:49, 19 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
