Pronunciation

[edit]

Lanny made a huge scene on Democracy Now 8/8/2009 to insist his name was pronounced "Laaany" and not "Laaahny."

He did complain about it but that's not what this was about.

possibly useful sources

[edit]

If somebody has time to integrate e these, that would be appreciated. First is a news-item, second is a book-chapter by Davis, third is a blurb about Davis's recent activities (not itself an RS methinks but may lead to WP:RS about the things the blurb mentions and does count as WP:ABOUTSELF for non-controversial factoids). 47.222.203.135 (talk) 16:31, 4 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Photo

[edit]

The photo is severely out of date. The metadata indicates it was taken in 2004. If you do a Google Images search for Mr. Davis, you'll see that he looks nothing like that anymore. R2 (bleep) 05:07, 27 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
