Split discussion

Split. As bulk of info is about the house, the page was moved to Lanhydrock House and info on parish copied back into Lanhydrock. --Salix alba (talk): 09:33, 4 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Lanhydrock House is notable as a Grade I listed building, so should have its own article. At the moment, the article about the whole place is just dominated by information about the house, which is over 90% of the article text. Better to have separate article for the house, with a few lines in the Lanhydrock article only. Joseph2302 (talk) 11:43, 29 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Looking at the article, your right, it is very much dominated by the house, but the house comes with the estate, which is rather big and important but probably not notable enough to haves its own article. I would suggest splitting the article into Lanhydrock (Civil Parish) and Lanhydrock (estate). HenryTemplo (talk) 10:21, 12 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Would agree with HenryTemplo - this would be best split into one article for the estate and another for the parish. Joseph2302, are you willing to split the article? Gazamp (talk) 20:14, 19 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I think a split would be good, one article for the parish, one for the house & estate. DuncanHill (talk) 20:19, 19 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I am leaving this message when I make a first edit to a page; please do get in touch if you have any concerns. Lajmmoore (talk) 12:07, 1 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
