Percentages

Why do the percentages in the first paragraph account for 182.6% of the population? What is the source for these numbers? Do some portion of the non-Kazakhs consider themselves Kazakh as well as something else? MrPritzel (talk) 10:04, 3 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
