Only Two Cities?
[edit]The article states Hilltop is one of only two incorporated cities in America that consist primarily of "manufactured housing." and cites a news article stating this. This is incorrect, since Mobile City, Texas is also an incorporated city consisting mostly of a mobile home park. So... how to resolve this since the article was incorrect?

What about Park City, IL, Briny Breezes, FL, and Ocean Breeze Park, FL, just to name a few.
