This article is full of mistakes. The West Kensington estate and the Lancaster West estate are not the same thing: they are two miles apart. Talbot Road is not in the same area as the Lancaster West estate and not in Notting Dale. Notting Dale is the area well to the west of Ladbroke Grove (the road) before you get to the former river valley of the Counters Creek which is now occupied by the West Cross Route. Talbot Road is to the east of Ladbroke Grove almost at the RBKC's eastern boundary with the City of Westminster; this area, Colville-Tavistock, was a distinctly different slum area from Notting Dale, separated by a large bank of housing which never declined as much as either. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jasonpfinch (talk • contribs) 07:58, 16 June 2017 (UTC)
