Chinese name of the street

Lovely article! But I've ventured to remove a paragraph discussing the character 利 in the name of the street. The Chinese namer of the street probably did not take the final "e" as a "sounding vowel". It is only natural to transliterate /l/ as 利. Compare the case of Peel Street.
